Welcome to SureG8 Seats (referred to as "Company," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at sureg8seats.com (the "Site"), including all subdomains, content, features, and ticket procurement services offered on or through the Site.

Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using the Site. By clicking "Accept," "Proceed," or by accessing, purchasing tickets, or utilizing any portion of this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you are prohibited from using the Site and must exit immediately.

1. Scope of Service & Ticket Procurement

SureG8 Seats operates as an independent ticket reservation and procurement platform. We facilitate access to primary ticketing inventory, secondary market placements, allocation overrides, and corporate reservations. We do not act as the direct venue operator, event organizer, or artist promoter unless explicitly stated.

All ticket listings, price tiers, seat allocations, and availability shown on this Site are subject to real-time changes based on market demands, promoter modifications, and database synchronization. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate ticket availability for any event at any time without notice.

2. User Account Registration & Security

To procure tickets or register for preorder alerts, you may be required to establish a user account. You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration—including your legal first name, last name, valid email address, billing address, country of residence, and contact number—is accurate, current, and complete.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including passwords and active authentication tokens. You agree to accept liability for all activities, purchases, and requests initiated under your account. Any unauthorized access detected must be reported to support immediately at contact@sureg8seats.com.

3. Ticket Purchase Policy, Limits & Restrictions

Ticket purchases are subject to specific quantity limits per user account, credit card, household, and IP address. Unless otherwise configured in the event details, the default limit is two (2) tickets per account. This measure prevents unfair ticket hoarding and automated scalping. Any accounts circumventing these limits through multiple email addresses, dummy credentials, or proxy networks will have their orders cancelled without refund.

By submitting card details, billing address, and security codes, you authorize the company and our third-party payment processors to verify funds and charge the total amount displayed. You agree that all purchases are final. No refunds, cancellations, returns, or ticket exchanges will be processed for change of mind, personal scheduling conflicts, or ticket tier updates.

4. 3D Secure (3DS) Verification & Security Hold

To prevent fraudulent chargebacks and verify cardholder identity, we utilize strict bank-level verification processes. All transactions are subject to 3D Secure (3DS) verification. If your banking institution flags the transaction, you must enter the one-time password (OTP) sent to your registered device.

During verification, selected tickets are placed on a temporary security hold (typically 15 minutes). If the verification is not completed, declined by the operator, or expires, the tickets will be returned to the general inventory and the session will be invalidated.

5. IP Address Monitoring & Blocklist Policy

To guarantee a secure environment and block distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, web scraping, and bot-driven ticket procurement, the Company actively monitors visitor IP addresses, geolocation data, and browsing signatures.

We reserve the absolute right, in our sole discretion and without prior warning, to block any IP address, blocklist entire subnets, or terminate sessions associated with suspicious behaviors. Flagged behaviors include but are not limited to: high-frequency API requests, automated form submissions, script-driven seat selection, VPN/proxy detection, and billing details mismatch. Flagged visitors will receive an "Access Denied" view and will be banned from using our ticket platform.

6. Event Postponement, Cancellation & Force Majeure

In the event that a concert, showcase, or tour is postponed, cancelled, or rescheduled by the promoter or artist, our liability is strictly limited to the official policies set forth by the primary event organiser.

If an event is rescheduled, your procured tickets will automatically transfer to the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, refund requests must be submitted within the specific window defined by the promoter. If an event is cancelled due to force majeure (including natural disasters, civil unrest, pandemic restrictions, or artist incapacity), we will coordinate with the promoter to process face-value refunds. Convenience fees, ticketing charges, and processing fees are non-refundable.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL SUREG8 SEATS, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR TRAVEL COSTS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR INABILITY TO PROCURE TICKETS, EVEN IF THE COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER, AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO US FOR SERVICES DIRECTLY RENDERED ON THE SITE.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and your use of the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or disputes arising from these Terms must be filed in the competent courts of Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time by updating this page. All changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Site following modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
